What if I want a specific stone?

Most products will let you pick the specific item you want including size and stone material. Some items will be intuitively selected for example the mini items. We have large quantities of our smaller items and do not label them individually. If there is a specific stone you must have after you have ordered please send us a message and we will do our best to fill that item.
Do you sell fake crystals?

No, we do not sell any fake crystals. All of the crystals we sell are genuine and of the highest quality. We carefully check each and every crystal we sell to make sure it meets our standards for authenticity and quality. However, we do sell man-made items like opalite and goldstone. If something is man made we make sure to let you know.
How can I learn about the crystal I buy from you?

At Get Stoned Crystal Co, we want you to be informed about the crystals you purchase from us. We provide detailed information about each crystal, including its physical characteristics, metaphysical properties, and suggested uses on cards when you order. Each product will have some information about the crystal as well. You can also reach out to us directly with any questions you might have.
Do you do custom pieces?

We understand that there are times when you may be looking for something very specific, and that a custom piece may be the answer to your needs. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer custom pieces at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We do our best to provide a wide selection of pieces that meet a variety of needs, and we are continuously updating our inventory to make sure we have something for everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you.
How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat fee of 7.99 If you are local to Indian Trail, NC or Fort Mill, SC we offer a meet up option in check out. We will message you and agree on a time and location to meet up. We offer free shipping on orders over $100
How long does shipping take?

Typically you will receive your items within 3-5 business days. Please be patient as we are only a two women show right now. We appreciate your support.
What is your return policy?

We DO NOT offer refunds. However, if something arrives damaged please send us an email with pictures within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will do our best to replace the item to you at no cost. We pack our items carefully in bubble wrap and tissue, once it has arrived at the post office it is out of our hands. If your package is lost you must contact USPS. We are not held liable for lost or damaged packages.
