Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to offer private shopping appointments for those who prefer a peaceful, personalized crystal shopping experience. Please review the following policy before booking: 📅 Booking Private shopping sessions are available by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You can book by contacting us via DM, email, or book online. ⏰ Session Details Each session is 30–60 minutes long, depending on your needs. Only the person booking (plus two guest max) may attend unless otherwise approved. Staff will be available to assist, answer questions, and provide information during your session. 💎 Purchasing There is no minimum purchase requirement, but we appreciate your support. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule. Frequent no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. ❤️ Respecting the Space We ask that you arrive on time and respect the calm, welcoming environment we strive to maintain.
